Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at yorkvilleconcrete.com, or by requesting services from Precision Yorkville Concrete ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Precision Yorkville Concrete provides concrete contracting services in Yorkville, IL and surrounding communities. Services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, concrete floors, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lots, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement between the Company and the customer prior to commencement. The Company reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
All estimates provided by Precision Yorkville Concrete are based on information available at the time of the estimate visit. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost of a project may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work proceeds. An estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a written service agreement or proposal has been signed by both the customer and an authorized representative of the Company.
Project scheduling is subject to the Company's availability and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be performed during extreme temperatures or precipitation that would affect the quality of the finished product. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of schedule changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after a crew has been dispatched may be subject to restocking fees or partial charges for work already performed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written service agreement for each project. Generally, the Company may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you prior to the start of work.
Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the service agreement may be subject to late fees. In the event that collection action is required to recover unpaid amounts, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for the following before and during the project:
The Company is not liable for damage caused by the customer's failure to disclose known site conditions or obtain required approvals.
The Company stands behind its workmanship. Any warranty terms applicable to a specific project will be stated in the written service agreement. Warranties cover defects in workmanship and installation under normal use and maintenance.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, improper maintenance, the application of harmful chemical products (including certain de-icers and road salts), third-party modifications, or conditions outside the control of the Company, including normal concrete behavior such as minor surface cracking.
All material warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturers of those materials and are separate from the Company's workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Precision Yorkville Concrete be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
